Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fancy Flower LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and timely local delivery throughout La Vergne, Tennessee and the Nashville metropolitan area.

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery within a 50-mile radius of La Vergne, TN 37086. Orders placed outside of our delivery area may be canceled and refunded.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time (typically before 2:00 PM local time). Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery times are scheduled based on route optimization and volume. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we strive to complete deliveries within business hours.

Business Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday: Closed

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

• The arrangement may be left in a safe location when appropriate.

• We may contact the recipient directly to coordinate delivery.

• A re-delivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Order Accuracy & Freshness Guarantee

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Delivery

Deliveries according to programming. Deliveries are planned one day in advance; you will receive your delivery 24 hours after your request.
